That the educational presentation by Dave Rushton, Municipality of South Bruce, James Fookes, Morrison Hershfield Ltd., and Jeremy Taylor, R. J. Burnside & Associates Ltd., sharing information about Community and Project Infrastructure Needs, be received for information by the South Bruce Community Liaison Committee (SBCLC/CLC).

That the Minutes of the South Bruce Community Liaison Committee Meeting held on June 2, 2022 be adopted as circulated.

That the Task List update provided by CLC Project Coordinator Hickling, be received for information by the South Bruce Community Liaison Committee (SBCLC/CLC).

That the SBCLC approves the South Bruce Student Bursary Program in the amount of $5,000.00 (five $1,000.00 student bursaries), from the Early Investments in Education and Skills fund.

That the SBCLC approves the bursary essay question that was proposed and directs CLC Project Coordinator Hickling to start preparation to move ahead with the application process in late summer - early fall 2022.

That Report CLC-02-07-2022 titled Community Engagement Update prepared by Morgan Hickling, Community Liaison Committee Project Coordinator, be received for information by the South Bruce Community Liaison Committee (SBCLC/CLC).

That the NWMO Update, presented by Michael Pahor, Relationship Manager, South Bruce, be received for information by the South Bruce Community Liaison Committee (SBCLC/CLC).

That we do now adjourn at 8:08 p.m. to meet again on July 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., electronically via Zoom Video Conferencing, or at the call of the Chair.
