THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council hereby appoints Mike McDonagh as the Deputy Mayor for the Municipality of South Bruce effective November 15, 2022 for a 2 year term.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council hereby contests the appeal submitted against the Zoning By-Law Amendment Application applied for by Shawday Autobody Inc. / Dave & Shawna Kennie, File Number Z-2022-088, and are in the opinion that the decision to approve the Zoning By-Law Amendment Application on October 11, 2022 was in conformity with the County of Bruce Official Plan.
