That Council instructs staff to prepare a by-law for Council's consideration at the April 23, 2024 regular meeting authorizing the submission of the following question to the electors: "Are you in favour of the Municipality of South Bruce declaring South Bruce to be a willing host for the Nuclear Waste Management Organization’s proposed Deep Geological Repository (DGR)?".
