That Council authorize staff to proceed with Option 1 - Hardware Replacement and replace hardware on both Mildmay Water Tower Park swing sets and add ground cover and any other associated costs where determined necessary by the Manager of Recreation and Facilities in consultation with the CAO, in the approximate amount of $7,024.70 plus HST to be funded from the Park Land Reserve and/or the Mildmay Park Reserve, as the Treasurer deems appropriate.
