That Council authorize staff to proceed with Black & McDonald's leak detection services at an estimated cost of $4,725.00, plus applicable taxes; And Further That staff be authorized to proceed with the repair of the leaking brine piping once the leak has been identified, at an estimated additional cost of $2,250.00, plus applicable taxes, in an effort to maintain the planned September arena ice schedule; And Further That staff be authorized to approve any additional costs reasonably required to complete the leak detection and repair work, should unforeseen conditions be identified during the repair.
