That Council authorizes payment of the invoice received from the Township of Howick in the amount of $140,525.42 for drainage improvement works completed on the Metcalfe-Wright Municipal Drain; And Further That the South Bruce municipal roads share of the costs, being $124,583.66, be added to the 2026 capital budget and funded from the Roads and Equipment Reserve; And Further That staff be directed to prepare and bring forward the necessary by-law to assess the remaining $15,941.78 attributable to affected South Bruce landowners in accordance with the applicable drainage assessment schedule.
