That Council hereby supports the resolution received from the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie in response to the enactment of the Water and Wastewater Public Corporations Act, 2025, as part of Bill 60, establishing of a new governance framework for municipal water and wastewater services; And further that this resolution be forwarded to the Premier, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, the Ontario Clean Water Agency and MPP Lisa Thompson.
