That Council instructs the Clerk to prepare a new by-law delegating the authority for establishing and amending retention periods for the records of the Municipality to the Clerk, subject to the approval of the Municipal Auditor of such retention periods; And Further authorizes the Clerk to amend the records retention policy from time to time to remain consistent with legislation.
