THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Development Charges Report", report number FIN - 2023-06-01, for information.

That Council directs staff to proceed with the process to dispose of the property municipally known as 2 Janet Street, Teeswater by listing through MLS; AND FURTHER THAT Council authorizes staff to retain Jeremy Ellis from the Kirstine Ellis Group to act on behalf of the municipality to sell and dispose of the 2 Janet Street Property.
