THAT the agenda for the regular meeting of November 8, 2022 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Chief Building Official's Activity Report", report number CBO-01-11-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Fire Rescue Activity Report", report number FD-01-11-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Teeswater Culross Community Center Refrigeration Plant Update", report number REC 01-11-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Administrative Activity Report, report number CAO/Clerk-01-11-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council gives Notice to rescind Motion M22-438 relating to the appointment of Council as Property Standards Committee Members; AND FURTHER THAT Council instructs staff to place an advertisement seeking interested individuals to sit as Property Standards Committee Members.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the South Bruce Tourism Committee hosting a second annual Flavours of South Bruce event on Saturday, July 22, 2023.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves a special meeting for the purpose of Council Orientation on November 10, 2022.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Integrity Commissioner Services", report number CAO/Clerk-02-11-2022, for information.

THAT the minutes of the following committees and/or boards be received as presented to Council:  Teeswater Medical Centre Development Steering Committee - September 19, 2022  Tourism Committee - September 20, 2022  Maitland Valley Conservation Authority - July 20, 2022 and September 21, 2022

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the invitation to Mildmay's 40th Annual Hanging of the Green, for information

THAT the following By-Laws be Read, a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED and numbered as follows: 2022-106 Being a By-law to Appoint Robert J Swayze as Integrity Commissioner for The Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce and to Authorize the signing of an Agreement with Robert J Swayze for the Services of an Integrity Commissioner

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Bruce proceed into a Closed Meeting at 6:42 p.m. to discuss: 11.1 Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; (Adam Street)

THAT the Council return to "Open Session" at 7:20p.m.

THAT the following By-Law be Read, a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED and numbered as follows: 2022-107 Being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce.

THAT we do now adjourn at 7:21 p.m., to meet again November 15, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., or, at the call of the Mayor.
