THAT the Minutes of the regular Council meeting of June 28, 2022 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council authorizes the Operations Manager to accept the Tender from Wesley Riley Contracting Company Ltd. for the supply, haul and mix of Winter Sand in the amount of $43,650.00 plus applicable taxes.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Fire Rescue Activity Report", report number FD-01-07-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approve the commercial pool pump replacement quote provided by Acapulco Pools in the amount of $21,558.66 + HST to be funded through the Community Well Being Fund.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council authorizes staff to move forward with the registration process for a Before and After School Authorized Recreational and Skill Building Program in Teeswater; AND FURTHER THAT council approves staff to move ahead with hiring program staff and offering a one year before and after-school program as a pilot project to gauge the financial impacts, challenges and opportunities.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Consolidated Fee By-Law Update", report number FIN 01-07-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Finance Activity Report July 2022", report number FIN-02-07-2022, for information;

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Property Standards Committee, report number CAO/Clerk-01-07-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Formosa Homecoming Agreement, report number CAO/Clerk-02-07-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves signing an updated Memorandum of Understanding to extend the Municipal Innovation Council (MIC) until December 31st, 2025 (3-year extension); AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the required $17,952.00 annual MIC funding to be funded from the Municipal Modernization Reserve with the remaining amount coming from the Community Well being funds.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the Accounts listing dated July 12, 2022 in the amount of $496,416.20.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves a donation in the amount of $700.00 towards the 2022 Annual Mildmay Fall Fair; AND FURTHER THAT the cheque be made payable to the Mildmay Agricultural Society.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council hereby supports the resolution received from the Municipality of Brighton requesting the Premier of Ontario, the Minister of the Solicitor General and the Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police to make necessary changes to the Amber Alert system and create a new alert called the Draven Alert, which will protect vulnerable children who have not been abducted but are at high risk of danger, injury or death and alert the public that they are missing; AND FURTHER THAT this resolution be forwarded to the Association of the Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) for endorsement.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council hereby supports the resolution received from the Municipality of Shuniah in support of the City of Brantford's Resolution requesting the release of all federal and provincial documents related to the former Mohawk Institute Residential School; AND FURTHER THAT this resolution be forwarded to the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau; Premier Doug Ford; Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations Marc Miller; Minister of Indigenous Services Patty Hajdu; Minister of Indigenous Affairs Greg Rickford; Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada Linda Nicholls; the Survivors' Secretariat; MP Ben Lobb and MPP Lisa Thompson.

THAT the resolution received by the Municipality of South Bruce Council from the Township of Matachewan supporting the inclusion of the mailing addresses of voters on voter's lists provided to candidates, be noted and filed.

THAT the resolution received by the Municipality of South Bruce Council from the City of Owen Sound relating to the removal of municipal councillors under prescribed circumstances, be noted and filed.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council hereby supports the resolution received from the Municipality of Tweed requesting the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to review the administration fee provided to Municipalities for the administration of the Ontario Wildlife Damage Compensation program; AND FURTHER THAT this resolution be forwarded to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and MPP Lisa Thompson.
