THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the delegation from Formosa Country Christmas for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the delegation from the Teeswater Curling Club, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Economic Development Strategy Update - Progress Report May 2022, report number ED-01-05-2022 for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council recognizes the Flavors of South Bruce as a municipally significant event; AND FURTHER THAT the CAO/Clerk is authorized to prepare the necessary correspondence required.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report number Project Manager SBNET-01-05-2022 related to the South Bruce Nuclear Exploration Project for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce temporarily adjourns at 6:58 p.m. to meet as a Committee of Adjustment and so hold a Public Meeting.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Recreation and Facilities Activity Report", report number REC-01-05-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council awards the Formosa Ball Diamond lighting retrofit project to HH Electric in the amount of $40,669.59 + HST. AND FURTHER THAT Council approves an amendment to the 2022 Capital Budget to include an additional $669.59 +HST. to be funded from the modernization fund to complete the project.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives report titled "Teeswater Medical Centre RFP Results", report number REC-02-05-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Teeswater Formosa Sanitary Sewer Expansion Project Funding", report number FIN-01-05-2022, for information;

THAT Council approves the renewal of insurance with our existing insurance provider Marsh Canada Ltd.

That Council agrees to allow a Request for Quote process for a budgeting and reporting software platform, from the firms of Public Sector Digest and Questica and forego the terms of the Municipal Purchasing policy.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council instructs staff to make the current budget template accessible for the next budget process.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Administrative Activity report number CAO/Clerk-03-05-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce approves the amended Hours of Work Policy to include a provision for disconnecting from work as required by the amended Employment Standards Act .

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves a Special Meeting of Council on May 31, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the Accounts listing dated May 24, 2022 in the amount of $749,056.88.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the letter and Breakfast Invitation to a Celebration of Achievements from the MIC Municipal Innovation Council, for information

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Bruce proceed into a Closed Meeting at 8:40 p.m. to discuss: 13.1 Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; (potential litigation - building/property matter)

THAT the Council return to “Open Session” at 9:04 p.m.
