THAT the agenda for the regular meeting of April 26, 2022 be adopted as amended to:  remove item 14.3 under closed session from the agenda; and  add new item 14.3 under closed session to the agenda being "Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; (Filsinger Drain)"

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council APPROVES the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment Z-2021-103 (Calvert) in accordance with the site-specific By-law.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council instructs staff to report back to Council with Draft Terms of Reference for consideration to appoint the Mildmay-Carrick Homecoming Committee, a committee of council.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report number Project Manager 01-04-2022 related to the South Bruce Nuclear Exploration Project for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Resource Funding Report for the 18 month period ending December 31, 2022, report number SBNET-02-04-2022, related to the Multi-Year Funding Agreement for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled Vendor of Record Change, report number SBNET-03-04-2022, relating to the purchase of MDB Insights a South Bruce Vendor of Record to Deloitte, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Activity Report - Water/Wastewater - March 2022 ", report number PW-03-04-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Ontario Trillium Foundation Resilient Communities Fund Grant", report number REC-04-01-2022, for information

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives report titled Recreation and Facilities Department Activity Report, report number REC 04-02-2022, for information.

That the Municipality of South Bruce Council award the motor control center replacement panel and the upgrade of existing refrigeration plant engine room project at the Teeswater Culross Community Centre to Black and McDonald in the amount of $247,500.00 + HST.

That the Municipality of South Bruce Council award the dasher board project for the Formosa Covered Outdoor Multi-Use Pad Project to Athletica Sport in the amount of $89,900.00 + HST.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report Municipality of South Bruce Community Improvement Plan - Revision and Update, ED-01-04-2022 for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled 2022 Municipal Election Matters, report number CAO/Clerk-01-04-2022, for information purposes.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the Accounts listing dated April 26, 2022 in the amount of $524,365.01.

THAT the letter dated March 27, 2022 from the Mildmay Agricultural Society be received advising Council of their annual 2-Pitch Tournament, scheduled to be held July 9, 2022 and for their 157th Annual Mildmay Carrick Fall Fair to be held on September 9th, 10th, 11th, 2022; AND FURTHER THAT Council forwards the request to the Recreation Advisory Committee for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the invitation to the Municipal Night at the Blyth Festival for information.

THAT the resolution received by the Municipality of South Bruce Council from the City of Cambridge regarding a request to impose a moratorium on all new gravel applications, including expansions to existing licensed sites, be noted and filed.

THAT the resolution received by the Municipality of South Bruce Council from the Town of Halton Hills requesting the Province of Ontario to include energy performance tiers and timelines for increasing minimum energy performance standards step-by-step to the highest energy performance tier in the next edition of the Ontario Building Code, consistent with the intent of the draft National Model Building code and the necessity of bold and immediate provincial action on climate change, be noted and filed.

THAT the following By-Laws be Read, a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED and numbered as follows: 2022-42 Being a By-law to Amend the Municipality of South Bruce Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2011-63, As Amended (Calvert) 2022-43 Being a By-law to Amend the Municipality of South Bruce Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2011-63, As Amended (McKague) 2022-44 Being a By-law to authorize the Use of Internet and Telephone Voting as an Alternative Voting Method for the 2022 Municipal and School Board Election 2022- 45 Being a By-law to Adopt a Policy for the Use of Corporate Resources During an Election Campaign for the Municipality of South Bruce

THAT the Council return to “Open Session” at 8:49 p.m.

THAT we do now adjourn at 8:50 p.m., to meet again May 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., or, at the call of the Mayor.
