THAT the Minutes of the regular Council meeting of March 22, 2022 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled “Public Works Activity Report” report number PW-01-04-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council authorizes the Operations Manager to accept the Tender from Walker Construction Limited for the supply and application of Surface Treatment for 2022 in the amount of $601,962.72 plus applicable taxes.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council authorizes the Operations Manager to accept the Tender from Kurtis Smith Excavating Inc. for the Structure 0002 Replacement in the amount of $592,000.00 plus applicable taxes.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled “Chief Building Official’s Activity Report for March”, Report Number CBO-01-04-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council authorizes the Chief Building Official to move forward with shared costs for the co-use of a By-Law Enforcement Officer cell phone; AND FURTHER that Council authorizes the Chief Building Official to enter into an Agreement to that effect on behalf of the Municipality of South Bruce.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled "Fire Rescue Service: Fume Extraction Systems for Mildmay & Teeswater", Report Number FD-03-04-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the purchase and installation of the AirMation Fume Extraction System from Air Technology for up to $64,000.00.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled “Treasurer Monthly Activity Report”, Report Number FIN 2022-04-01, relating to the statement of remuneration and expenses.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council received the 2021 Council Remuneration Statement as presented in report number FIN 2022-04-01.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council receives the report titled “Administration Activity Report”, Report Number CAO/Clerk-01-04-2022, for information.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the Accounts listing dated April 12, 2022 in the amount of $447,674.90.

THAT the minutes of the following committees and/or boards be received as presented to Council:  Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling - January 20, 2022 and Financial Statements  Maitland Valley Conservation Authority - January 26, 2022 and February 16, 2022  Municipal Innovation Council - January 20, 2022 and February 24, 2022  Teeswater Medical Centre Development Steering Committee - March 7, 2022

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council approves the Mildmay Agricultural Society's Fall Fair Parade on Saturday, September 11, 2022. AND FURTHER THAT the Mildmay Agricultural Society agrees to implement all traffic control and safety measures as set out by the Municipality of South Bruce Public Works Department.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council instructs Operations Manager Morgan to bring back a report with regard to gravel pit hours of operations.

THAT the Municipality of South Bruce Council instructs Treasurer Reinhart to bring back a report with regard to the Teeswater/Formosa wastewater expansion project.

THAT the Council return to “Open Session” at 7:55 p.m.

THAT we do now adjourn at 7:56 p.m., to meet again April 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., or, at the call of the Mayor.
