That the Minor Variance A-2022-020, Grubb, for the property described as 657 Bruce Road 3 – CON D PT LOT 9 (Carrick) South Bruce, be APPROVED , subject to conditions on the Decision Sheet; AND FURTHER THAT the decision sheet be updated to include a condition being a survey to confirm the property line.
